Counterpart International organized a two-days long orientation on “Organizational and Staff Development for Social Inclusion (SI) Grantee” on June 15 and 16, 2022, at Hotel Bengal Blueberry, Gulshan, under the “Promoting Advocacy and Rights”(PAR) Activity. The project is funded by USAID. 12 participants (Women: 5 Men: 7 from) from Gram Bikash Sohaok Songstha (GBSS) and Dalit (SI grantees) participated in the event.
The interactive orientation focused on the basics of Organizational Development, Advocacy Capacity, Gender and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) etc. followed by intensive Advocacy based discussions. Participants did various group activities to make brief action plans for the development of their organization and advocacy initiatives.
