EventsAdvocacy Workshop

Advocacy workshop is a knowledge sharing platform where participants from different level shared their local-level advocating experiences through a playful learning process.  The event targeted a diverse range of participants from NGOs, CBOs, indigenous community, media, transgender and others.

The primary aim is to provide a guideline on planning and conducting an advocacy campaign. In addition, this create an opportunity for the CSOs to interact with multiple resource persons with different points of view on initiating grassroots issue based advocacy campaigns. The focus of the workshops also include providing information to advocacy campaign consortia on how to analyze the issue specific political economy analysis and the use of evidence as back up for the planned advocacy campaign.  Through the advocacy workshops, Promoting Advocacy and Rights (PAR) also intends to understand the need of further advocacy and networking capacity training/workshops of the participating CSOs.
